The truth about traffic tickets and traffic court.
Today’s traffic court is nothing more than a “legalized” collection agency for the government. The cops are the collection agents, and the judge is the “Head Collector” who plays God over the lives of unsuspecting Americans.
The whole driver’s license & vehicle registration scheme is put out under the pretense of “Public Safety”, but it is nothing but a money collecting scheme appearing to be legal.
Over the past 5 years I have been a part of an Internet traffic ticket defense group. Even today’s police cars reflect the attitude that they are not the good guys protecting the rights and safety of the American people. On the side of the cars, “To Protect and Serve” has been replaced by “Timely, Effective, and Professional”.
Although they will swear in public that there is no requirement or for giving tickets, any cop will tell you in private that if they don’t write enough tickets they are in ‘heap big trouble’ with the boss…A “Good” motorcycle cop can write as many as 75-100 tickets in one day with a trusty radar gun… (Hmmmmm…10 cops each write 75 tickets totaling 750 tickets @ $200 each = Why that’s $150,000 PER DAY!!)
The reason they can “legally” give you tickets, make you get a driver license, and make you pay fines is only because they get you to unknowingly waive your rights. When you waive a right, you no longer have the freedom to exercise that right.
Here’s how it works:
As an American you have certain rights guaranteed by the U S Constitution and the Bill of Rights. One of these rights it the “Right to travel” Unencumbered throughout the States. (Shapiro v. Thompson). This right includes the right to travel in your automobile (Thompson v Smith) without having to get a “License” (Shuttlesworth v Birmingham).
When you are traveling, you are not under the jurisdiction of the Department of Motor Vehicles. You are a free American traveling and exercising your rights. BUT when you go in and sign up for a driver license, you are thereby waiving your right to travel in exchange for the “privilege” of “Drive” a “Motor Vehicle”. Now you are under their jurisdiction and they can ticket you, fine you, take away your vehicle, and take away your license.
The legal term of “Driver” can be found in the law dictionary:
“"Driver -- One employed in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle ..." Bovier's Law Dictionary, 1914 ed., Pg. 940
The legal term of “motor vehicle” can be found in the U. S. Code, Title 18:
“Motor vehicle" means every description or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the highways in the transportation of passengers, or passengers and property…
And if there is any question of the term “commercial Purposes” you only need to read farther in Title 18:
"Used for commercial purposes" means the carriage of persons or property for any fare, fee, rate, charge or other considerations, or directly or indirectly in connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit…
So we see that when they trick you into getting a driver license you are voluntarily becoming a (commercial) “Driver”…Subject to the jurisdiction of the “Department of MOTOR VEHICLES (vehicles used for commercial purposes). Now they can ticket, and fine you, and take away the “License” they just gave you.
They always say that “Driving is a privilege”. This is true…To use the public highways for commercial purposes is a privilege for which one needs a license (permission) to carry on.
In Court
What I have seen in every court I have been to over the past 5 years, almost all of the judges are overstepping the legal boundaries of their authority and acting as a teammate to the prosecutor. The judge’s job is to listen to the facts presented by both sides, and make a fair and unbiased decision in favor of the side who presented the best case. Instead I have seen judges asking discovery questions to the defendant, arguing with the defendant, and not requiring the prosecutor to say a word.
I have been there when a judge called someone to the stand, asked all the questions, argued the case, and made his ruling all without the prosecutor opening her mouth except to say “Thank You, Your Honor” at the end of the hearing!
Technically and legally this is an act of treason by the judge...

How does it work?
The common law default process is very simple. What you will do, through the paperwork we send you, is to default the DA so they cannot present your case in court.
We do to them what they are doing to us. If you get a ticket and snd don't respond or show up, you are in default, and your are pronounced guilty and the put out a warrant for your arrest.
What we at Beatthecourt.com do with the paperwork we supply is similar. You sent in an affidavit and statement of standing, explaining why the DA and the court do not have the jurisdiction to present this case against you, and legally challenge them to prove that they either do have jurisdiction, or admit that we are right and they don't. THEY NEVER RESPOND. So, you send them a notice of default and give them a second chance. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO THAT, EITHER. Then you send a final notice of defaut, and when you get to the court, the DA cannot proceed, and the judge is forced to dismiss your case.
